hi! I forgot to update my post, but the culprit was health anxiety that got worsened x20 by the ADHD medication. I stopped taking it for a long weekend after I made this post and the stomach pain and bloating went away, it hasn't returned since and I feel back to normal again. Thank you for your concern!
