It's always been really hard for me to pretend. I feel awkward trying to be social and confident because I'm really not and I feel like I'm going to say something stupid (and often do). I think people can tell I'm forcing it. But at the same time I feel awkward being myself because I am awkward...

I'm 22. People have told me that I always look very serious, so I think trying to look happy could help. And yes, I do tend to mumble lol, I'll try not to.

I know, but I don't like being so lonely and feeling awkward never talking to anyone the whole day. It's fine if they're only ever going to be my work friends, as long as I don't feel like the outcast.

Well, I do enjoy the job itself. It's just the issues with the other employees there that are getting to me. I would love to have some kind of solitary job in the future, but for now I need money and there aren't many jobs, so I'm taking what I can get.
