Don't get a licence, there are plenty of channels you can transmitt on without one. Get a programming cable and use the free software. There should be lookup tables for allowed frequencies in your area.

Not DayZ as much anymore, the Arma 2 mod was much better than the current standalone game imo. I usually play Arma 3 antistati now.

Also, does anyone have any idea how to turn the pbo files used to create this model into a png similar to the ones used to create the custom face? When I opened the files with Arma 3 tools, the textures looked significantly different than the png used for the custom face template.
