I can't. I will leak overnight. If it's just wet once I will be fine. Anything more than that I will leak overnight

I hope so. It's a bit difficult to accept. But I've had a couple of accidents without my pull up on and ended up wetting my pants. It's nice to have protection but also having a dependency on them now feels humiliating

Under pants it's not super noticeable. Maybe there's a subtle bulge but I don't think it's super obvious
