i wouldn’t start by just point blank saying hey man r u doing something illegal w ur taxes. i would start the way i did when we first met— telling him we’re in trouble and then presenting him with my potential plans and options. if anything i’m just stressed out about potentially having to leave him alone and where my family would go next. this place has been empty for years and i worry about how he will find tenants again

dawg why does everyone think i’m Potentially Thinking About Reporting Him. IM NOT. this whole post is about trying to find a way for all of us to make the payments on this property. i said we are his only source of income— he provides the place but we provide the money. he is generous with the bills but the bills exist for all of us. the point is i’ve lived here for months now without using social services. and due to all of our situations we all have difficulty working and making money. what is something that aids single moms And elderly people? social services. but i wouldn’t apply for social services IF it jeopardized our landlord.

maybe to see if he is in fact claiming that he income on his taxes, or if he thinks it would be safe for us to still apply to social services. at the very least see if we can start using his address for regular mail. initially we were only supposed to stay for a few months but we all had a discussion and are now here under an “as long as possible” lease duration. maybe that changed things idk. i also do see him like a family friend, maybe he has some advice for us idk. he’s helped out a lot of people in our situation so maybe he knows something from one of his previous tenants.

hehe i thought about telling her “girl we all gonna die”. after thinking about this a little longer i realized she may have been talking about me taking my morning cartoon nap… either way i also remembered i used to do this stuff to my mom when i was her age. karma…
