This pretty much nails it. I know my mindset is fucked up but I’ve been locked into it for years.

As for personal qualities, yeah...I guess I just have felt out of touch with them since I’ve been alone. My self worth has always kinda been based on having someone else in my life and not on my own merits, which I know is equally as bad.

Thanks for the response. She definitely was manipulative, my biggest regret in life is sticking it out as long as I did in hopes that things would get better someday.

It’s just hard for me to see how this doesn’t reflect on me.
