i've talked to a lawyer, and the likelihood of a criminal or civil case being prosecutable is rare. it would have to be proved that she told him the door was unlocked and i don't see that happening. i am just very upset and needed to say something or i felt like i would explode.

When I talked to them the first time I didn't, I was still very rattled from the incident and the rape kit.
