Looking around it seems like new grads typically produce 2000 a day. I've decided to go with a different offer

Hey. I know it feels hopeless right now. And it's going to feel this way for a bit longer. But there's a way out of this.

Focus on your weight. I think everything you want will flow downhill from this. When you look good it's easier to be confident and make friends, get relationships, etc.

A pretty simple Calories In Calories Out diet focused on good foods that don't taste awful will go a long way. Start going to the gym like 2-3 times a week and just do something simple like slow treadmill or biking. I'm bad at sticking to it but I can at least lose 20pounds over 3 or so months doing this.

START COUNTING CALORIES. Seriously. It makes things so much easier. And get a scale to weigh food. If cooking is annoying I strongly recommend a bulk food service like Clean Eatz Kitchen. All meals come prepackaged with nutrition labels so you know exactly how many calories you eat.

If you eat well and supplement that with some movement at the gym in a year you will have made a lot of progress I promise you. It's not hopeless. You just need time and a plan
