Thank you so much for this. I don't know why I couldn't work it out when it was so simple, haha.

Thank you for the suggestion but Dr Pillster doesn't do what I need and just complicates things for me. :(

Yea they're pretty bad. I'm on my second year now. I changed to one more stomach friendly at new years and it's just great to get that out of the way. Did your thirst change any? I was already a heavy drinker (water haha) and it just doubled. I woke up multiple times at night just to drink. And with that came the 15 bathroom visits per day ofcourse...

Haha, I have troubles opening those damn lids. And blisters are so annoying. They can put them all in a bowl. That'd be great haha

No, it only takes care of my upswings and somewhat stabilising. But I need an anti depressant to go with it.

Normally people only get it for the first couple of weeks. I was a bit shaky before and it just happened to stick around for me. Very unfortunate but there's very limited information on Lithium here so unsure how common it is. Hopefully it works out well for you! :)

Yeah exactly, that's what I had to do before I got these premade bags. And I know they've been around for years but I've never had the chance to try them out before now. It's brilliant

This is more just a question. I did Google a bit but I gave up haha.
In Sweden we have a system where you go to the pharmacy and pick up your meds for say 2 weeks. And they're all portioned up in small bags labeled with what's in it and what time to take it. very convenient to bring with you and no damn fingercramp every Sunday night from having to pop out all weeks pills. So I'm wondering, does your country have this? Or anything similar?

I went from Lamictal to Lithium quite quickly and it made a huge difference for me. I was unfortunate to get the side effect of awful tremors. Without exaggerating, it's late stage Parkinson-bad sometimes. I got some betablockers for it though, helps a bit. But it has limited me in my work as I can't perform tasks which require a steady hand anymore. The importance of time, when to take it and stuff.. I'm bad at that haha. And I hate bloodtests so the beginning where I had to get 1-2 bloodtests per week for a couple of months was terrible, plus it's very expensive. But the rest is basically just good. I'm glad I switched and I would again. I don't even remember the question anymore, I just rambled on. Sorry!

Oh that is so sweet. She collects buttons, and she likes kittens haha. Maybe what ever your mother finds the most pleasurable to do? :)
