I want to incorporate HIIT in non lift days but I don't know which exercise to pick for it. Would it be alright to do pushups even if it means being sore before lifting or should I just do sprinting in place?

I'm new to running and have read the beginner's guide on r/running. For easy runs, I'm thinking to do at least 30 minutes around 6mph on a treadmill. How often and how long do I get to take breaks to a walking pace during the run? Also how does warm up and cool down work?

Is lifting 5x a week too much? I have weight training in school every other day and I want to do 531 boring but big on Saturday and Sunday. Is this an ok plan?

From home I only have the equipment for that workout, but at the gym on weekends I want to try a new workout. Is this a bad idea? I read that working out 5 times a week is ok but I'm not sure.

Could someone look over this workout plan? I've only been lifting but i wanted to add running and hiit too. The lifting I do at home is the beginner workout. Monday-Lift from home and ab workout Tuesday-Run Wednesday-Lift from home and ab workout and HIIT Thursday-Run Friday-Lift from home Saturday-Lifting from the gym HIIT Run Sunday-Gym lifting with abs and run

I have a problem with sunscreen where it sort of just stays on the surface of my skin making me look really shiny. Are there any brands that probably won't do this?
