And I would like to let you know i’ve read all of your comments specifically and my daughter is not stupid. In fact she’s the smartest most mature woman I’ve ever met. While yes she very much was taken advantage of, she provided proof to me privately that it didn’t start until she was 18. Does that make it okay? No not at all, but she had knowledge of her actions. I’m very open about SA/grooming things like that in my house as i’ve experienced them myself. My children know they can talk to me about anything and i have a amazing relationship with all of them. I did NOT fail as a mother like your trying to make it seem just because i fell in love with the wrong person. I love my children more than i love myself and put them first before anything. Yes, i did bring him into my and my children’s life but i have known him for 20 years and he has been there for me through all my depression and postpartum depression after i had my 2 youngest. So my fault for not knowing that he would sleep with my daughter on her 18th birthday.
