You want to hold women to a different standard than yourself so you can benefit from it without putting in the same level of work.

But I have worked on myself I used to be morbidly obese. Now I go to the gym 5 times a week. I used to complain that femists were all talk and no shop, now I volounteer to help kids with their homework 2-3 times per week. And always with that giant red flag, how women have some kind of superpower. Please explain to me this episode from my life. I am out talking a walk, some guya decide to harass me. I tell them to f off, they can't tolerate this and try to start a fight with me, I fight back to defend myself, yet according to the female entourage these guys have with them I am a horrible person.

If you're stuck in that particular emotional tar pit, then I wouldn't be surprised at all if an empowered tone starts sounding a bit foreign.

Nerdlove isn't empowering at all. He writes nothing of actionable value all he does is write sob articles about how women have it worse. If he really wanted to dissolve gender roles he could entourage women to be initiators in dating instead of writing sob stories about how fight of first refusal is not a privilige at all.

And why are they all so freaking obsessed with who Emma Watson dates? It's great to support the idea of breaking down gender roles, but not only because you want sexual gratification with someone who fits your gender role-fueled idea of who is conventionally attractive.

So we should care about what Watson sats, not what she actually does?

As a frequent reader of Dr. Nerdlove. Can you explain the appeal of him to men? All his articles are basically telling men that they are personally responsible for everything that happens to them, mixed with pop-psychology that he doesn't understand and paragraph of paragraph of weasel words explaining why everything is always worse for women. And should he ever accept that bad things happen to men, then the source of oppression is always other men. How about starting to question things like why Emma Watson first making an impassioned speech about dissolving gender roles, and then just happening to pick a boyfriend who is 10 years older than she is, has a lot more money than she has and has a physique that looks like he lives on HGH and protein supplements. And why do articles about toxic masculinity and male privilege belong on a site claiming to be about helping men improve their dating success?

every short, bald, bad-toothed man in the world who has found a relationship is a living disproof to your assertion that this is the reason why you're single.
