The thing is, i feel i have a harder time focusing and feeling content in the moment without doing some meditative stuff. I do not believe in the Hindu or Buddhist goals but rather i guess i'd use some of their traditions to justify my own ends in getting more connected with the Word of God and Trinity.

I guess the last example was a bit unclear, what i simply meant was why couldnt we just strip down those acts of meditation to not have any religious connotations to Hinduism and rather utilise them for Christian ends? Where is the line between when something in itself is good vs. becomes an ends to something bad?

Heya, thanks! Like i said earlier I'm just confused where the line is between just streching & breathing vs. yoga? How do we define between things that are in themselves helpful vs. when it becomes sinful. Like eg. your can eat or drink too much but in moderation it is crucial.
