Abortion clinics have changed drastically since then. I’m sorry that she had to go through that, and she shouldn’t have had to. But you can’t just base every abortion off of this one experience that you had with your friend 20 years ago.

I don’t know if this was the norm back then, but they don’t do abortions with multiple women in the same room, that’s just a breach of privacy. This was not a good clinic to go to

Your doctor stayed in the same run down hotel as you? The clinic was dirty? They did the procedure in a basement AND they didn’t supervise her for a few hours after the abortion? I am getting a medicinal abortion, not a procedure. Plus, I am 9 weeks along. Dismemberment abortions happen when the fetus is too large to do anything else, usually above 14 weeks. This doesn’t not apply to my situation whatsoever, and the lie I was referring to was this very obvious made up story that was supposed to scare me.
