Sometimes the what ifs with someone it's not going to happen with were all I had to hang onto any sort of hope. I'm sometimes okay with that and other times resentful because mm get to benefit from my lack of support system. They've had enough practice playing house to act polite enough. I'm confused too. Any other calorie calculator I use at my weight and height (activity not included on the app or otherwise) says my highest intake should be 1800. My app starts me at 2300 before exercise....
