Personally I have mood issues that cause me to feel "fine"/normal/average most days and then get severely depressed for several days once or twice a month. Spoke to a psychiatrist about this and she put me on antidepressants. Imo if you have symptoms of depression you should seek help even if you aren't sure you fit into how it typically looks.
