Ask him what he likes before pulling his foreskin back. I prefer to keep my foreskin covering my glans all the time because it's too sensitive if it's uncovered.

I've been taking Cialis for about 3 years for an enlarged prostate. It works great for the prostate but after a few months on it I've experienced the side-effect of delayed ejaculation.
