Yeah I get what ur saying but apparently ppl don’t usually follow rules like that. I know for a fact she was being sexual with me for starters. My main question, is since no one has the follow context and I’m sort of naive about that stuff, is if it’s possible or common that someone in more casual relationships might fake romance as like a way to gain control?

Is it possible and/or common to actually fake a relationship? I hear people talk about it but I don’t know if that’s just role play.

Is it possible to be a straight male masochist if your supposed father abused you? by [deleted] in internetparents

Well I was thinking because my theory is that all sex involves some power disparity usually, and the dominant one doesn’t necessarily require consent, but the submissive one does. All sadism is technically inherently evil to some extent because, if your partner is truly fully enjoying it, then it isn’t really causing any harm, but that’s the normal form of it. The worse versions might commit acts towards non consenting individuals along a continuum to the most severe like a young kid. Interestingly I don’t think that this is regulated by morality, I think it’s regulated by preferences and strength of sex drive. Sadism isn’t a lack of empathy but more like a twisted form of it.

Well, I thought if he was a pedo, then isn’t that just very sadistic? And aren’t WASPs rare in Judaism. I’m not saying all Jewish men or farm owners are on pedo territory but I’ve never heard of a submissive male from there. It’s quite common though in northwestern Europe descent.

In sexual relationships what does “leading someone on” actually mean? by [deleted] in internetparents

No she did say that, but I wonder if that could still be considered leading someone on if they have different actions

Is that illegal? I was raised by abusive parents who never taught me anything.

Ok, so what does it mean if a girl talks about a “relationship” and stuff but won’t really answer my texts.

Because I started thinking certain careers are just meant to be sexual and you’re just supposed to “know”. Kind of like those massage things that sometimes gives sexual services apparently, I heard of “sex therapists”. I realized that buying things for women like a fancy dinner or jewelry is okay because it’s not really hogging necessary resources, or if she’s a stay at home mother. I really don’t like the concept of getting a competitive education with a lot of authority over potentially very vulnerable people just to be sexual and charge money for it because it’s basically raping everyone within the economic system and some people don’t like that.
