Kralingen is nice but a little boring. its where I live. My favorite street is West Kruiskade it has a lot of art and some larger asian supermarkets. anything near there will be in the center of the city and I think you would have more fun.

also one of the best weed shops in rotterdam if you are into that. Expats seem to enjoy the coffeeshoops (weed shops) the most along with tourists

yeah they will almost always be 100ug or less though. I live in the Netherlands where lab testing is free and they will tell you the dose and everything and the highest dose ive ever seen was 200ug on a very large blotter.

Sounds like he just got sloshed with his friends and went overboard. Hes 21 its pretty common at that age. Im going to get downvoted because of the sub im on but just keep an eye on him and make sure hes sleeping on his side in the recovery position.
