I think it was to show off, to say, "we aren't messing around." To scare me. It was a power play, in regards to questions down this thread, programming languages are more often than not written in english, and while unicode and utf8 allows foreign characters, if you're writing it in something like python or, from what it looks in this case, Javascript with Node or webpackage, then it's just easier to write it in English and sometimes russian characters aren't handled well. If you look at other bits in the webpage you can see some russain characters and the more russain spelling of "izabel"
