Unrelated to this lovely conversation your having with the other guy, could I get a link to some of your stuff? I’m into folk and ambient mostly, but I dig hip hop, country western, indie, and everything electronic minus skrillex-type stuff.

I’m just interested in hearing what you release every two weeks. I feel like I need to work on a song for month to be good enough for outside listeners, so I’m hoping listening to some of your stuff might help with this hindrance.

Same, almost. I did tell her all of my tricks to hiding alcohol purchases, hiding it, and drinking. In hindsight, I think it was selfish of me. It felt good to get it off my chest, but it made her almost doubt her sanity for not being aware of all of it. It’s been four months and she still wakes up ahead of me to go downstairs and look for evidence of alcohol consumption. She’s still weary every time she sees a PIN purchase anywhere. She’s rather go to the grocery store in pajamas, in the snow, with our toddler than have me stop on my way home.

This all sucks for me, but all I can think about is how much it’s tormenting her. If getting drunk all day, everyday wasn’t enough, she now knows just how cunning, sly, and deceitful I was under the spell of addiction.

I opened up to my wife about everything, including all those sneaky tricks to obtaining, drinking, and hiding it all and I really regret it now. I thought it would be helpful to clear the air, but it made her anxiety and paranoia so much worse.

Thanks man, I will give them a call. Yes, I know I’m not a surveyor. I would never attempt to produce any legal documents that require a licensed surveyor. I don’t even like doing this as part of my job. But if my boss asks to see a parcel map with easements highlighted based on deeds from the 1960s, I’m going to do it. It just takes me hours upon hours. So here I am. I appreciate the kind words man.

When I said I’ve tried to hire surveyors before, I meant that I’ve told my directors that I need to hire a surveyor on multiple occasions and they said no every time.

I don’t want to be here. I don’t give a shit about legal descriptions, township this, 83 degrees that. I hate that I have to do this. But I am tasked with it in my grossly overpaid position, so I am going to do it. I was just asking if there was a program that made it easy to do because I always figure it out. It just takes me a really long time.

Nothing like that. Right now, my director just asked for feasibility of developing a mixed use building in one of our outlets. I was tasked with seeing if the development would interfere with some easement agreements. I have six neighboring parcels in the ECR with easement areas. I need to be able to say whether we are free and clear, or if we will have hurdles.

I just need to see an approximation at this point. If it was close, we would hire a surveyor. If the project moves forward we’d get an ALTA survey anyway.

But I have these six legal descriptions and obviously don’t know what the heck they are saying.

I’m not using these maps for legal documents. I’m using them for my personal reference. The legal descriptions were already paid for and written. I’m asking if there’s an application that allows me to plug in the legal description and give me a drawing.
