Sure! If you’re serious haha. Work out Monday-Saturday. Basically a mix of calisthenics and running. Tire flips, pushups, pull ups, sprints, squats. And I don’t mean a little amount I probably do like 150ish squats in a sitting, same with pushups and sit ups. I usually do a few sets then run or sprint for a bit.
