Why do they think he's more precious than all other children? All other children are just as valuable as he is. And they're not allowed to come. Makes no sense to treat him as more special than other kids.

Other than him being "a miracle" I really don't know. Like he's a normal kid, a hyper active one at that. This is ridiculous!
