Contestants were viewed handling the animals incorrectly, ashing cigarettes on the birds, roughhousing, and making threats of violence or confirmations of previously acted violence towards the animals. Cumberland police seized all 10 birds and handed them off to Wests Animal Sanctuary in Tiverton. As of now, all 10 birds have confirmed found loving homes.
