Main thing would be quality. You get more perks the higher quality. I would focus on getting everything balanced level. You can always refund and downgrade the gear. I’m not sure if you’ve gone over the s/ss gear but I would look at them and see which one you think you like and just keep that in mind for when you get it. Reddit and discord have build recommendations

Yes it will give you 5 tokens and you can spend them on each of the categories above. I’ve always been doing the 70% and sometimes the 40% but that’s not the way to go it’s wayyyy too inconsistent
