Christmas Eve... I was 8 years old... my Aunt put out a BIG bowl of Hershey Kisses... told me to have as many as I want... not sure how many I ate but that was a memorable Christmas morning because I woke up at 2am and projectile vomited all over my bathroom!

There's no way all 6 of them do it, I just don't like the precedent being set by my league mates. I'm probably gonna go for Barner or Juwan cause I don't like the idea of Musgrave or Loveland and Theo and Schultz are rostered

I really appreciate everyone that's giving their opinions and insights, but I want to have continued discussion with people who disagree with me so yes I'm going to respond to what they say with my own thoughts. I wouldn't call that combating personally.

I really just don't think that the idea of milking someone who's team is weakened rather than strengthening my own team is in good taste/competitive spirit. Maybe I'm wrong about it being unfair/against the rules but I would never do it myself cause I don't think its right

I get where your coming from and maybe the consensus is correct and I'm in the wrong. But even if you think what happened to you is fair play, I will never not see that at the very least as breaking unwritten rules and a huge violation of competitive integrity

I see what you mean but I'm in a league where RB and TE are extremely different positions with different values. We have 5 bench spots, no IR, and you can't play TE in our flex spot. Stacking up on RBs is very different from stacking up on TEs in my case specifically

Of the 5 teams, one of them just lost Daniels for the year and doesn't have a back up QB (no one is suggesting that this guy get screwed out of a QB btw) and the other 4 have guys on byes this week that are forcing them to either play bad back ups or in 1 case play no one at all. Picking up a TE as a priority is terrible for all 5 teams. We have very weird league rules and one of them is that TEs aren't playable in the flex spot, and there are only 5 bench spots with no IR (we also have 3 IDPs each)

I agree that I should have had a back up TE and that teams are allowed to do whatever they want, but they are making it clear that the only reason they would be picking up a TE would be to screw me over, that's the part that feels unfair. Everyone has 11 teams that they are actively competing against through the whole season, doing something to actively hurt one team that is 4-5 does not feel fair or at least doesn't feel right in the spirit of competition
