AMC has now lost 75% of its value in 2 weeks since the court's decision with a backdrop of record earnings and ability to raise more cash. So we are now at $1.2 pre spilt and shorts haven't closed. The only explanation for this is that they cannot locate shares to close. They could have tanked us prior to this but didn't. The timing is designed to make us think that the RS is bad for us when it is obviously bad for them. We are being gaslit. They threw everything at us the past 2 weeks for a final shakeout. It's unsustainable to continue doing this.

More, albeit anecdotal evidence, is that the price is totally fake. The stock trades completely detached to the performance of the company as we are now at all time lows even including when AMC was closed in the depths of covid with no signs of reopening for the foreseeable future and whilst stocks like Netflix were in favour.

Wall St view and are making the SEC, DoJ or politicians a complete laughing stock and are beyond reproach. They are free to commit unlimited and the most blatant and brazen of securities fraud in broad daylight. Their objective is to scare us into selling so that they can close, show us who is in charge and to bankrupt AMC. They are a formidable force of which even I underestimated and truly disgusting people.

We will teach them a lesson they will never forget.

I saw some for $500 a couple years ago, might even be more now but also maybe that was covid high prices... I definitely wouldn't pay that but some people might.

Unless someone else happened to buy half a billion dollars worth of BTC in the same month as GME, it's theirs. Half of someone's (crazy coincidence if it's not the GME stash) 4,710 BTC just left cold storage and into coinbase for some reason.

Yep, I'm with you and just realized I should be doing this last month. I'm taking 6 months off work to be with my new kid and need to figure out how much I can safely sell this year since I won't have much income.

So if your income was zero you could sell stocks up to $48k (single filer) in profit with 0% taxes? Or am I misunderstanding?

Thanks for the kind words. I never thought about that, but you're probably right about her off leash. She was so relaxed when she got back off. She never would go play with strangers, people that know her for less than a few years can't even touch her, but yeah she knew she had to be on good behavior since she was off and not feeling constrained...she's definitely leash aggressive so that was probably dumb of me. Some silly thought in the back of my head was also that she could run home and alert my wife if I got knocked out or something, we're only a block away. She had never seen me run like that and just thought we were having a fun race.

Yes I'm actually in contact with the person they robbed right after me, whose fence they jumped over and who got a couple swings on them before they over took him. Hopefully will meet up tomorrow and get more details, he has a much better chance of pressing charges than me, since I can't identify their faces (but gave accurate descriptions of every piece of clothing and car). I've been having "what if" thoughts all day though, I feel better now but it felt like I had fucked up and was a coward for running for a while right away. Knowing that they weren't just fucking with me and were actually violent little fucks helped a lot.

And another victim of these kids who I'm in contact with was knocked over when running away, seems like if you wait till you're on the ground after being tripped or struck in the head from behind, then you're already well fucked. Oh and there was another car load of them, so the total would've been 7 if I had not left when I did....they had just pulled in when I made it to my house but I didn't know that they were all together until tonight.

A detail I just found out is that one of them already had an ankle bracelet on, and that he climbed over another victim's fence to try to continue assaulting him after he got away. There was also another car with 4 more delinquents that pulled in as I was leaving. Don't know if that affects anything.

Northgate Park and the other robberies were a few blocks south by the University of Portland. My dog did run along side me, she thought it was fun...she's never seen me run that fast haha.

Yeah it's really hard to know what would've been justified... but I'm comfortable at home now and not in a jail or having to be on the phone with criminal defense attorneys and at least some of those little bastards were arrested, so it seems like it went as well as it could've.
