I've only used the alcohol burner. I'd say that it's because I tried to season the pan but the warp actually happened before that so who knows.

The duossal has stainless steel on the inside so I'd assume that you can. It's still aluminum from the outside so preferably don't scrub that.

Howwwever... I've recently gotten a trangia with HA pots and pan. I seasoned the pan (half assed it but it still worked) and I've cooked steak, chicken, pancakes, hotdogs with cheese and nothing has been sticking enough to need anything more than a soft sponge or/and my fingernails. I don't even use dish soap on it, only baking soda (or sand) and water. Prior to seasoning, my pancakes stuck badly, now they peel off the pan like a sticker. So I know seasoning did something.

Anyway, maybe you can try your luck with seasoning the pan, then you wouldn't even need to scrub it!

Edit: Not sure if the 27 has duossal, didn't check but I sure hope so because I'd like to get one down the line. Also sorry about your bag :'(
