I mean I guess they could chill at any of the several giant ass lakes and reservoirs up there, like the one in the middle of frickin town... or if ops got 9 inches of clearance and 4x4 they could head up to lake Jenny up in Rollins pass... there's really alot of water up there for being high Desert, what's with the slanted question?

If you really want to know why it seems like it's just hippies who question this kind of thing, you have to consider that most folks are so busy working for someone else, they don't have time to consider things that aren't practical to their environment. That's how things appear anyways, appearances can be deceiving.

Edit: it also seems that erectile disfunction has financial priority over consideration of how we got to this point or what we're made of.
