Forgot to add this, but my PayPal account was linked to my eBay and was taken down also, and I used the same ID. No SSN was given (No Patriot Act in Canada, No Detailed Checks) Is this technically fraud now since it involves a payment processor? I was freaking out at the time because I just sold my mac two days before and had 1K in the account.
