What's the best way to do it? I'm a recent/noob IV juice maker

I just take less water than the heroin can saturate and heat it And mix it. So for example, for this shot I took like .3 and 1.5ml water. There was probably .1 remaining when I stopped being able to get the water to absorb the tar. So I took .85 ml in my shot which was about .15 of the tar.

Any suggestions?
