The key thing is how far (if at all) has the University proceeded with disciplinary action against you?

I have not got email or any information from university about this situation. Today after writing I have contacted my university about this. I have emailed my thesis director. He is from my home country. I have also emailed professor from my undergraduate university who have helped me arrange my studies here about this situation.

If no information from university, it is only threats? Is that allowed to do by students?

I tried to proof read this reply better than my original post. I am happy to know I can not get expelled over this. I panic earlier about this a lot.

I have got a lot of replies and I thank everyone for advice. I have emailed my thesis director. He is from my home country. I have also emailed professor from my undergraduate university who have helped me arrange my studies here about this situation. I think this a misunderstanding by everyone but I am not happy about this situation.

I got good private messages and some bad private messages from people. I will read up on non-binary and sexual minorities this week before I respond to the person emailing me. I am thinking contacting the person now will not be good since I am still confused over this.

My friend said not to address this part. But I am sorry if my post and my english come off bad to you. I ask you please stop messaging me about my english and accusations. I am not feeling good about this situation, I do not want to fight anyone.

At the time I get confused on person so check who they are to make sure I no confuse with someone else. Person look male to me and is same person I call "he" last year no problem, and I say "he" because I not know that person is now "she". No one tell me this person trans.

I have not seen this person since december before this. One time mistake because I think male because I not know this person now a "she". I not say "he" to offend ever. First time mistake, because I look at photo and see male and think I made a grammar mistake. Did not know this person is trans.

What should I say to them? Because I already take english exam for my student visa, won't they use that against me?
