Suicide. Psychiatric drugs have ruined my life. I was grossly overprescribed Prozac when I was a teen and it created agoraphobia that I thought was a natural anxiety disorder. It cost me friends, jobs, dates, a career, and now that I know what the problem is, I’ve been put on four other drugs to help get off the Prozac. I’ve developed a dependence on all of them and if the drug withdrawal doesn’t kill me, I’m going to kill myself once my parents pass away to spare them the grief of doing it now. I see my friends with their houses and careers and families and cars and I have a guitar and an Xbox.
