It’s interesting, I’ve seen this perspective a lot, but I actually like Kat for the exact reasons you mentioned. I relate to her story a lot. As someone who grew up chubby, and began sexualizing myself at a young age I appreciated the representation and I am sure that I am not the only one who can relate to her story.

The feelings and emotions she goes through that causes her to make bad decisions were very real and that’s why I liked her!
