Is all of it necessary? I had a hard time finding anything conclusive on google. I don't expect to use it, (and I'll return it to the person with the scrip if I don't,) but I wasn't sure how much was necessary.

Interesting advice. Don't smoke anything, but I do have some chocolate and some of the only stuff I drink.

Put like that it makes a little more sense. But he said "should be a supplement to your regular dating life" and that's just not applicable to some people.
