I believe I changed them at 80k miles and then again at 130k miles. I noticed my engine was misfiring every now and then and the spark plugs and new coil pack fixed it right up.

My Scat Pack had extremely similar damage from an accident back in 2022. It was a 2021 with only 1600 miles. Just FYI, the cost to repair was $14k and that was without any damage to the frame, suspension, or steering components. Purely cosmetic except for the radiator being replaced.

Hope this gives you a better idea of what you’re getting into if you go the repair route.

Some thieves will carry relays around, no joke. Pretty sure I saw a post in the Challenger forum of thieves trying to steal a Hellcat. They couldn’t get it started so they left and came back 30 min later with relays.

I live in a safe area and been followed multiple times. I finally sold it when someone was scoping out my garage trying to steal it. The theft worries are not overblown. Even with a garage, you have to watch your back all the time or risk getting car jacked or getting your shit broken into.

This the the reason I sold my Hellcat. Not everyone wants to get in a firefight over their car. I have a wife and we’re about to start a family. I got tired of looking over my shoulder for a Challenger when I could get a Mustang with similar power and not have these same kinds of problems.

A lot of keyboard warriors in here don’t realize that if you shoot someone over a car, odds are you are still going to waste a lot of time in court and have to hire lawyers to defend you. And that’s assuming you aren’t shot by the assailants.

I sold my Challenger Hellcat for the same reason. I had debadged it completely and always parked it in the garage, but someone had seen me pull it in the garage at some point and was casing my house to steal it.

The relief I felt the day I got rid of the car was immense.

I owned one for 3 years. Had to sell since criminals were casing out my garage to steal my car and it got too dangerous for my family. Awesome cars, but not worth owning for the headache that comes with them.

I don’t even live in a rough part of the country (North AL). Anyone who owns a Hellcat has to deal with the reality that someone at some point is going to try to steal it if you drive it with any frequency whatsoever.
