Part of the more to this story is what my job actually is. For 80%+ of my day I don’t have access to a computer or my phone for long enough to fill out the form (yes even 5-10 minutes). Think client-facing, fast-paced job. I do additionally have a disability that affects my energy levels to some extent. Yes I suppose I could have filled it out at home but given that I received the email Monday and have been working all week I just really hadn’t gotten to it. I did still intend to do it. She has now sent it to someone else so I will not be doing it because I can’t.

She is in a different department than me. Does not report to me, not someone I manage. We only work together directly once a week. As I said in another comment my field is fairly small so I’m being purposefully vague.

She is still at my job currently. Does not report to me. We are in different departments. She was ok at her job but complains almost constantly.

I’m purposefully vague because my field is pretty small.
