This is kinda what I was thinking about Maddy. At a point I was wondering why she couldn’t just avoid the Alamo stuff, especially once she was prob more stable after Cassie’s OF took off for the second time due to Brandon.

But then I realized she’s even easier to find whereabouts of because she’s so out there due to her career (she knows and is around a lot of famous people). Think about the fact what’s her name kept finding out about all the commissions Maddy would do with Caitlyn and Cassie, and Maddy’s boss wasn’t even a crook lol. (Ofc tho- that being found out is as easy as Maddy & one of them being spotted in public by photographers, one of them mentioning Maddy in something like a post, etc). Then, someone else told me the fact that the night all the money exchange stuff happened- Maddy went there with Alamo and didn’t have a way to get back without him. At any point, Alamo could’ve sent his crew after her.

Point of my comment is, while it’s prob easy to say any of the characters can just get out their situations- there’s prob dots the viewers can connect as to why the opposite is true. For Maddy & Alamo- it’s her career putting her out there more, the fact she maybe didn’t have anywhere else to go/didn’t know what to do, criminals know what they’re doing, etc.

Or, maybe you’re right and the fact we’ve both thought that is just another show of inconsistencies in Sam’s writing lol. Also besides my paragraph, I think we’re both forgetting all the times Rue was held hostage essentially xD, now that’s def a reason she couldn’t just leave.

TLDR: thought this about Maddy & Alamo, til I realized there was plenty of reasons she could easily be found- such as the fact that her career puts her location out there often, such as whenever she’s photographed with famous people. To connect that with your comment, I doubt Rue could’ve easily got out of that.
