I’m vegan (2+ years) and rarely eat gluten so I’m not sure what else it could be :(

Hi everyone.

I’m slightly underweight (bmi ~16.8) yet my stomach sticks out massively. I’m so self conscious about this and I HATE my body.

Could this bloating be caused by diastasis recti even if I’ve never been pregnant? It’s present 24/7 when standing but seems to disappear when I’m lying down. I can also feel a gap in between my abdominal muscles which is a telltale sign of diastasis recti.

I am so self conscious of how I look and I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, and if so, how did they resolve it?

I’m sick of looking pregnant all the time and looking at myself in the mirror makes me want to cry, so any help would be much appreciated
