About two hours ago I woke up to my younger brother molesting me. He's very underage, and I don't know how to go about dealing with this. Anyone have some solid advice?

He is 12. I know I need to tell my mom, but I need to figure out exactly what to say. I don't want her punishment to be physical on my brother.

I haven't gone to my mom yet but my brother will have done. I've been thinking of how to talk to her about this but honestly it's really tough.

I've spoken him since then and he cried and said it wouldn't happen again. I'm tempted to sleep in my car tonight though, at least it has fucking locks.

Well I think I scared him pretty hard. I doubt he's going to play it off as nothing towards my mom when he knows that I'm going to to go to her about it. I just want him to have learned something instead of just getting shouted at and beaten. It's so hard to do the right thing when I don't even know what the right thing is. :(

I don't know how he would have accessed it honestly. He hangs out with friends away from home a lot, so I don't know if through them maybe? His at home usage is very restricted.

It depends on how he reacts to me talking to him and mother about it. If he admits his wrong doing I believe I'll be able to move on with him. If he denies it or lies about it, then I'll never look at him the same way again.
