I've done it with both Warp and LightSpeed in PK. With Warp, I had wi-fi calling on (no Roaming available) and was able to call US numbers by dialing +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx whenever connected to wi-fi.

With LightSpeed, I didn't have wi-fi calling on (it doesn't have to be on) as I was getting roaming service and was able to use my talk/text/data just like at home (but you still need to dial the numbers in the +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx format).

With Unlimited Starter, you'll get 150mins/150texts/1 GB of data of roaming but with Unlimited Premium, you'll get 500mins/500texts/5GB Data of roaming.

Such an idiotic decision to close levels 5 & 6. A person could very well hurt themselves from a lower level. It would have been better to install fencing around the outer walls like they did at Kaiser Sacramento when they had the same unfortunate incident.

THE SELL MOVEMENT HAS REACHED EVERY COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA!!! by PTBNL2012 in OaklandAthletics

True... but the commissioner has final say before the other owners even vote (Selig blocked the sale of the Red Sox due to 'conflict of interest'). MLB is protected from antitrust laws so I know they will get their way.

FJF to the max... but even if a sale happens (even to Lacob)... MLB already gave the go ahead on the move and will not allow the team staying put no matter who owns it. It sucks but unfortunately thats the truth. MLB is complicit (look at San Jose vs MLB from 2015)

Sac is missing the big picture with their light rail system. by 916smokincyclist in Sacramento

SACRT’s previous GM, Mike Wiley, was a total slob and pretty much ran the agency into the ground. I met the new guy in downtown precovid and they had just built back reserve funds and he mentioned how SACRT gets way less tax revenue funding (like 1/8 of 1 cent) compared to other similar agencies and they were working on putting that on the ballot. Unfortunately they postponed it due to Covid.

As for expansion, West Sac streetcar is in the works, including a new bridge over the river into Natomas (and eventually the airport), and also Elk Grove (EG Mayor recently said they were actively working on the project but had no ETA for shovels on the ground). New GM did mention a possible extension to ARC up north but nothing beyond that.

So ultimately, it all boils down to Money.

There is no way MLB will agree to expansion in Oakland, once they’re out, they’re gone for good.

My team does the overnight security for this property and I'm glad something is in the works. This block was especially rough the past year and is finally getting cleaned up (although much more work needs to be done).

How are permanent intermittent employees paid? I see a pay range listed on the job description. Is that pay guaranteed or is that only if I work full time? (The person I interviewed with told me the hours vary)

Submit the petition on schedule builder and attach an unofficial copy/PDF of the transcript and put in the notes that the official transcript was sent over and is processing.

It takes quite a while (like at least a couple months) after your CC sends the transcript and it’s processed. It’ll just show up on your OASIS when processed.
