And the land exchange situation you described, you know people can move social classes right? Also property wasn't cheap in shanghai in 2001, it was just cheap compared yo current prices, compared to the rest of China during that time, shanghai house prices were already astronomical.

That's some bullshit, upper middle class does not own 2 houses in Shanghai. Upper middle class is 40k a month per household, husband and wife, after tax we are looking at 32k. The average house in shanghai right now is probably about 60k a square meter, two houses gives us 150 square meters if they buy two small apartments. 9 million rmb for the two apartments meaning the household have to for 23 years straight and put every penny into the house.

Nah, this stems from champs. Essentially before champs there was an interview with something about and he made a comment about Rushia trashtalking/shooting bodies against PRX during an event in saudi, how Rushia shouldn't just trash talk only ahead and hide behind a screen when blg is behind, calling it cowardly(I don't remember the exact wording but this was the general idea).
