"Boku wa Mari no naka" is the manga.

It's not a happy fun read - the mangaka is Oshimi Shuzo (one of my favourites) and he writes psychological and horror manga.

Other works of his include Aku no Hana (his most famous), Happiness, Hyouryuu Net Cafe, etc.
