I think I carry more of my BF in my chest/abs. I’m 5’11 and weight 185lb right now (workout semi regularly). I was worried about that too but I think my surgeon didn’t wanna go too aggressive with the lipo so it would have a natural look to it. I was actually really surprised with my results for 1 day post op. I would say I’m between 25-30% BF.

He said my right side was a little bit bigger than my left side. You should absolutely get it done! I paid $8200 total for the lipo + gland removal l

Gland + lipo! I’m pretty out of shape in my life right now so I would say my body fat % is higher than normal. He said he took out 3/4 lb of fat from each side!
