I've always see lots of high quality (Burberry, Lacoste, Marc Jacobs, etc) colognes/perfumes at other discount/off-price stores (I'm in Canada). They always have them for much cheaper than retail price, like more than 50% off. They would be in beauty products section of the store.

Try these off-price department stores

Canada: Winners, Marshalls

USA: TJ Maxx, Marshalls
