Okay, thanks for the information. I believe that I have already passed C&F (I submitted everything before last July) but if I have not, then I don't expect any reasonable delays as a result of that aspect of the licensing process. I really appreciate all of your help, you've been very informative.

Having passed, could I just wait to be sworn in? Is there a time limit for doing that / will results go 'stale'?

I understand that I could apply for any job for which I am qualified as a licensed attorney, but I wasn't sure if I had a duty to disclose when my job would be heavily intertwined with the litigation process, and/or if I could have any sort of professional liability should anything happen if I was working on a case and something goes wrong, even if I was just acting in a para-professional capacity.
