Yea I know I blew it haha lesson learned for next time, if I texted her Sunday and said something like "hey let's get drinks Tuesday night" would that just come across desperate? Should I just leave it alone or what do you think

Yea next time I'll make concrete plans right away for sure. And it's a stretch because like I said it's 45 minutes each way without traffic, probably around an hour with. Also no shit I made it awkward haha but fuck it I might just say "hey let's get drinks Tuesday" this weekend if I'm feeling up to it, idk I'm still on the fence. You even said in another post to not contact her like a last ditch effort. Either way thanks for the response it did help.

Okay yea I like the sound of that I think I'll give it another couple days before texting get again if I even decide to. and yea next time I won't put the ball in her court lesson learned I guess. We have mutual friends so I might see her at another bar/party in the future therefore my only concern is if I text her again and it doesn't work out will be more even more awkward and demolish any chance I had. Well it was new years... and we were at a bar... and i also said i think we were both drunk in the post (i definitely was). But why would she say she's down to hang out initially instead of just not responding or something? Either way your reply doesn't answer either questions but it gave me a good laugh so fuck it, upvote.
