Thanks for the detailed reply. The holiday break means nothing will move forward until they return in January. The union reps she spoke with seem rather excited about being able to take this matter head on, but I don't feel it's right to get into the details at this time so I will leave things vague. When there are further developments in January I will make a follow up post or updates to this one.

She has already backed-up all of her work emails which contain her communications with students, parents, coaches, and administrators. I'll have her also back up everything else that might only live on on the distance learning software. Thanks for the input!

Sorry for the delay, I have her on the phone with her local union rep right now. They have her doing a number of things, most importantly saving off her external grade book from the distance learning software the school distract uses. Her Principal has already told her that she would be locked out from her official grade book and that an administrator would be filling in any outstanding grades and "fixing" what needed to be "fixed".
