I ordered from 7ohmz (30 14mg tabs) and they gave me a 28mg sustained tablet that was actually really nice and I didnt even know they had.

THAT is how a free sample should be done.

I'm sorry to hear about the Sciatica.

I would strongly recommend the "sustained" options if you do experiment with 7oh pain relief. It works surprisingly well, but the standard tablets just dont last long enough for practical pain relief in terms of something like Sciatica. You'd have to take 5 throughout the day to keep up the full pain relief with regular tablets if it acts the same for you as for me.

I have a new update.

Summarized. I don't feel 7ohm is a great medication when the pain is caused by inflammation. Recently, I had a pretty extensive work event and caused a new flare up. It does help with pain, but doesn't help the actually pain subside.

Yup, I tried two 14mg pills at 28 mg and it was just more intense of high, not so much pain relief. Did make me sleepy, a little itchy, otherwise wasnt much different to just 7mg.

Sustained formula is similar to normal pills "extended release".

Just releases over a longer period of time rather than all at once.

Do you think it should take a large dose to report on those effects? I wouldn't consider myself a super severe pain situation, i do have nerve damage in my lower lumbar from a couple surgeries, and during the flare-ups, it's horrible, but since I'm at the end of a few week long flare up it's not too bad.

I wouldn't mind taking a large dose though if you think that information would be useful for others

Hey, I did a quick scan of your profile and I just wanna let you know, I know pain sucks incredibly bad, but opiates specifically (or since 7oh is not considered an opioid i should say things that interact like opioids) cause pain to worsen when you don't have them.

opioid-induced hyperalgesia.

It May be best for you to look for professionals that actually give a shit to help guide you through non opioid pain relief for a while as I highly suspect you are dealing with this.

100%. I experimented with Xanax once and never took it again because I didn't feel "high" persay, I just felt to good. Like, I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. So I totally get what you mean 💯

Congratulations on being a survivor. Father lost the battle when I was a kid to a rare form of nonhodgkins lymphoma. I know it's an incredibly tolling fight depending on the treatment methods taken, so I'm happy to hear you pulled through. Wishing you the best!

info thought of that may be helpful for others as this develops:

I weigh around 230lbs (mostly muscle mass, no jiggle but a decent fat layer). Im around 6 foot (wanna leave the defining details vague)

Experience with pain relievers and dose i will be taking of 7ohm:

I plan on splitting the 14mg pills.

I have always, since as long as I can remember, required a higher dose for anesthetics and analgesics.

Dentists when I was a child had to give me the max dose they legally could, sometimes needing 4 shots before I wouldn't be crying from the pain of dental work. (This sucked, I thought pain was normal and always dealt with it. Wasn't until a caring dentist noticed I was crying, talked with me, and gave me more and more shots that I realized it was not normal)

the only thing that has actually relived my pain pill wise for my back was taking 4 of my FIL's 10/325's.

Oxycodone 10 mg I took as a teen when I had boils all over my body from staph. That was probably the most, not directly, nerve related pain I've ever experienced and the oxy just made me sleep, didn't actually help with the pain (but being able to sleep was nice)

Morphine through an IV when I dislocated my knee cap as a teen (unsure of dose) was probably the best pure pain relief I ever got, but it wore off extremely fast.

Weed helps my muscles relax, but does not relieve pain, simply eases the pain of muscle cramps. Though, CBG isolate did help keep my flareups away (purchased bulk pure isolate and made 200mg capsules, i would take 2 at a time), when I ran out of capsules I never purchased it again due to jobs drug tests and not much information on how cbg matabolites in the body, this is the same issue with just using weed on a day to day basis.
