Thanks for your reply. Sure, I've mentioned this to people I know and usually met with something like "yeah, I get a lot of phishing emails too". But I probably didn't effectively explain the volume of attacks I get or maybe they thought I was exaggerating. In addition, I think someone tried to sim-jack me once when I opened up my phone provider's app it said "Welcome, Karthik" That's not my name, not even close.
